Many people said that I look thinner these days. Many of them ask me how I could do the successful diet? I said to them that I really don't have any idea, how was it going. I was just standing on the scale and I saw that I've lost 7 kg! Without noticing how that could happen.
I was really want to reduce my weight, but I never really do diet in any kind of it. I planned to, but I always failed doing it in a first place.
Now, I only realize that any size you have now, the most important thing is you are healthy and keep doing active living. don't let your body not move the way it has to.
Maybe sometimes you think that you are fat, but maybe you are not exactly. Below you can see how much your Body Mass Index (BMI),
BMI = weight /(height)2 (square)
example, my weight is 52 kg and my height is 1,6 meters.
my BMI is 52/(1,6)² = 20,3.
It is normal, not thin actually. I look thinner than I was but actually it's still normal.
If your BMI is between the range 18,5 - 24,99 it means your have normal weight.
Above 24,99 you are fat, you need to reduce it.
Below 18,5 you are to skinny, you must gain your weight.
I think the most important thing about this weight stuff is, you have to do active life.
Do exercise regularly,
Eat healthy foods,
Get enough sleep,
Think positive!!!
